Meet Manal:
Hello! I’m Manal Haji Egeh. As long as I can remember, I’ve always been a seeker. This was sparked by my curious nature and connection with my spirituality from an early age. I had a deep longing to know who I am, my purpose, and how to live a meaningful life. I believe that what called me to a career in psychotherapy was a longing to understand myself better, which developed into a passion for helping others on their journey.
My biggest hope is to support women in feeling safe to explore their story with compassion and curiosity, to develop a deeper sense of awareness, to feel empowered to let go of parts of their story that no longer fit, and to commit to actions that align with their values and new narratives. I am here to help you navigate the difficult moments using the resources, wisdom, and strength already within you.
I am inspired by the work of Carl Rogers, Virginia Satir, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Gabor Maté, and Peter Levine. Aside from psychotherapy, my passions include reading, writing, nature walks, birdwatching, travelling, cooking, and watching K-Dramas.
